Small Commercial Rate Schedule
APPLICABILITY:
This rate is applicable to any member-consumer with multi-phase service whose billing demands do not qualify them for the Large Power or Large Commercial rates. The rate is applicable to new consumers with multi-phase service whose estimated billing demands are lower than 30 kW/month.
CHARGES:
Fixed Facilities Charge $50.00/month
Energy Charge $0.0873/kWh
MINIMUM MONTHLY CHARGE:
If the member-consumer is served by a transformer with capacity in excess of 50 kVA, the minimum monthly charge is $1 per kVA. Otherwise, the minimum monthly charge is $50.00.
DUE DATE AND LATE PAYMENT CHARGE:
The due date for all bills is twenty (20) days after their deposit in the U.S. Mail with postage prepaid, and is printed on bills. Non-receipt of a bill by the member-consumer shall not release or diminish the obligation of the member-consumer to make payment in full, including late payment charges, if any. When payment is not made by the due date, a late payment charge of 1-1/2% per month of the past due will apply. Payments received by mail that are postmarked on or before the due date but that are received after the due date will be accepted without late payment charge.
SALES TAX:
Sales tax will be added to the charged calculated under this rate.
