Billing/Payment Options

Access Energy is dedicated to exceeding members' and customers' expectations for safe, reliable, efficient service and environmental responsibility.

BILLING/PAYMENT OPTIONS:

Payment is due 30 days from the date of propane delivery.
A service Charge of 1.5% per month (18% annually) is charged on accounts not paid by the due date.

SPECIAL DISCOUNT:

Take advantage of the current lower prices by having your tank filled now. Pay for it within 10 days after delivery and receive a 10-cent per gallon discount.

Summer fill discount is available May through August each year.

BUDGET PLAN:

Some customers prefer to make even monthly payments or are unable to make a lump sum payment. For those folks, we offer a budget plan with a “locked in” price. How it works: first, we estimate your usage for the coming year. Then, using our special budget plan price, we calculate what your monthly payments will be based on the estimates. Budget payments begin in May and run through the following April. Working together we can review your energy usage patterns and current cost of propane to determine your annual fuel cost. We divide this amount by the number of months in your contract.

PRE-PAY PLAN:

This program allows you to control the price you pay for your winter propane. To take advantage of this program, call between June and September and tell us how many gallons you want to lock in.

Full Pay: Pay for your entire contracted gallons in 10 days and receive our lowest price.

3-Pay: If you prefer, for a small additional cost per gallon, there is the option of pre-paying in three consecutive monthly installments.
