Payment Drop Box

Access Energy is dedicated to exceeding members’ and customers’ expectations for safe, reliable, efficient service and environmental responsibility.


Our office headquarters is open for receiving your payments 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Monday through Friday. We are located at 1800 West Washington Street in Mt. Pleasant, Iowa.

If you need to make a payment when the office is closed, we have conveniently placed a secure drop box in front of our building where you can access it 24 hours a day.

The drop box is emptied each business morning. Please be advised that if you put a payment in the box after 7:30 a.m., it will not be processed until the following working day.
