Local Calendar Receives National Award

Access Energy Cooperative recently took honors in the 2005 “Spotlight on Excellence” awards program, sponsored by the Council of Rural Electric Communicators.  Access Energy Cooperative received an Award of Excellence in the Wild Card Category for the 2005 Access Energy Calendar. Kimberly Brumbaugh, Director of Marketing and Communications, designed and coordinated the award-winning calendar.

Awards were presented by the Council of Rural Electric Communicators during a special luncheon at the Connect 2005 Conference.

The Spotlight awards competition is an annual event recognizing the top-rated communication and marketing efforts by electric cooperatives and related organizations.
