Magnani Receives Business Education Award

Access Energy Cooperative employee Diane Magnani, Executive Assistant, was recently honored in Des Moines with the “Outstanding Service to Business Education” award by the Iowa Business Education Association (IBEA). The IBEA honors businesses with this award who have been supportive of local schools and especially business education.

Access Energy is proud to support Diane’s involvement in our education system. She serves as Chairperson of the Regional School-to-Career Executive Council and Secretary of the Henry County School-to-Career Consortium.

|She has been instrumental in helping form business/school partnerships in Henry County and has also helped organize a Business Ethics Conference, an activity which involves local business leaders partnering with over 100 students throughout the county to help them better understand the importance of ethics in the workplace.

Diane was nominated by Lois Roth of Danville High School and Lana Hoffman of New London High School.
