Sergeant Receives Award

Sergeant First Class Jim Mills, left, accepts The Military Outstanding Volunteer Service Medal from Iowa Army National Guard Lieutenant Colonel Ralph Siegrist at the Henry County Fair. The award was established to honor members of the service for performing outstanding volunteer community service. Mills has served as a 4-H leader for several years.

He has been employed by Access Energy Cooperative for 14 years and is a line foreman.
