Access Energy Cooperative Board Members Donald Atwood and Dwight Krebill received their Board Leadership Certificates at the Region V meeting of the National Rural Electric Cooperative Association recently in Springfield, IL.
Today's electric utility environment imposes new demands on electric cooperative directors, particularly increased knowledge of changes in the electric utility business, new governance skills and a working knowledge of the cooperative principles.
The NRECA Board Leadership certificate recognizes individuals who continue their professional development after becoming a Credentialed Cooperative Directors.
