Send Off to Troops Leaving

One of three buses carrying members of the Iowa National Guard 883rd Co. of Ottumwa passes under an impromptu arch on its way through Mt. Pleasant on June 10. Access Energy Cooperative employees Chuck Rila and Bob Ruby set up the flag draped arch to honor the Guardsmen who were en route to Fort McCoy, Wisc. before deployment to another tour in Iraq.
