Momentum Continues for Energy-Efficient Practices and New Products

More than 200 contractors, vendors and representatives from 28 cooperatives attended the Momentum is Building conference in West Des Moines on February 11­ & 12.

The two-day conference, which has been conducted annually for nearly 20 years, provides building science information, practical hands-on information and a display area for new technology to building trades professionals – including homebuilders, electricians and heating/plumbing contractors.

Support for the conference comes from Iowa’s electric cooperatives and a grant from the Iowa Energy Center.
