Dividend Checks in the Mail

After reviewing the operating revenues for 2010, the Board of Directors approved a dividend retirement of $772,098.13. The refund is applied against years 1994, 1995 and 2010. The cooperative will be paying 95% of the remaining dividends for 1994; as well as 3% of 1995, and 9% of 2010. The 1994 and 1995 refund also includes a pass-through dividend payment from Northeast Missouri Power Cooperative.
