Cheese Ball
Ingredients: 2 8oz pkgs Cream Cheese Softened 1 8.5 oz can Crushed Pineapple, drained and chopped 2 C. finely chopped pecans 1/4 C finely chopped green pepper 2 Tbsp finely chopped onion 1 Tbsp salt fresh cracked pepper
Instructions: Mix all together, reserving 1 C pecans. Chill. Rolled chilled mixture in reserved pecans. Serve with crackers.

Sombrero Dip
Ingredients: 1 lb. hamburger 1 onion 1 can chili beans, mashed 1/2 cup catsup Velveeta cheese 1 tsp. salt 1 tsp. chili powder dash of tabasco 1 cup cheddar cheese
Instructions: Brown hamburger and half of diced onion. Mix together all ingredients and put half in dish. Top with Velveeta cheese. Put remaining onion and cheddar cheese. Heat in microwave for about 6 minutes.

Deviled Crab Puffs
Ingredients: 24 3/4 inch slices French bread baguette 1 5-oz. jar sharp cheddar cheese spread 1 T flour 1 t dry mustard 1/8 t cayenne pepper 6 T butter or margarine, softened 2 T Worchestershire sauce 1 garlic clove, minced 1 6-oz can crabmeat, drained
Instructions: Arrange bread in single layer on ungreased cookie sheet. Broil 4 to 6 inches from heat for 1-2 minutes or until lightly browned on one side. Remove from broiler. Turn slices over; cool completely. In medium bowl combine all remaining ingredients except crabmeat; mix until well blended and smooth. Stir in crab meat. Spread mixture on untoasted sides of bread, covering completely. Leaving slices on cookie sheet, freeze at least 30 minutes or until firm. Cut slices in half crosswise; separate slightly. Broil frozen appetizers 4-6 inches from heat 3-4 minutes or until puffed, bubbly and lightly browned. 48 appetizers.
