Sausage Links

Ingredients:
1 Tube Refrigerated Crescent Rolls
24 Mini smoked sausage links
1/2 C. melted butter
1/2 C. chopped pecans
3 Tbsp Honey
3 Tbsp Brown Sugar

Instructions:  Unroll crescent dough and separate into triangles. Cut each triangle into 3 triangles. Place sausage on the long end and roll up tightly. Set aside. Combine remaining ingredients in 11x7x2 in baking dish. Arrange the sausage rolls seam side down in the butter sauce. Bake uncovered at 400° for 15-20 minutes.

Pizza Bread

Ingredients:
1 Loaf Frozen Bread dough(thawed and risen)
1 Jar Marinara or Pizza Sauce
Pepperoni/salami/canadian bacon/ground beef/sausage
Large bag Shredded Italian Pizza Cheese or Mozzarella
Italian Seasoning
1 beaten Egg

Instructions:  Roll out dough on floured surface in rectangular shape. Brush beaten egg on dough, sprinkle seasoning on dough. Add meat choice to dough then top with cheese. Roll up and form into loaf. Brush bread with egg and sprinkle seasoning on top. Bake 30-40 minutes at 350°. Slice into pieces. Put sauce in bowls and dip into sauce.

Crock Pot Pizza

Ingredients:
1-1/2 lbs. ground beef
1 onion, chopped
1 14-oz. can pizza sauce
1 14-oz can spaghetti sauce
1 12-oz. pkg. Reames frozen egg noodles
4 oz. cheddar cheese
4 oz. mozzarella cheese
1 pkg. pepperoni, sliced
Mushrooms (optional)
Green peppers (optional)

Instructions:  Brown beef and onion. Drain juices. Add sauces. Simmer. Boil noodles until tender; drain. In crock pot, put a layer of noodles, meat mixture, cheeses and pepperoni. Repeat layers one more time. Cook on high for 30 minutes, then on low for 1 hour or until cheese melts.

Pork Tenderloin

Ingredients:
1/2 C reduced calorie pancake syrup
1 tsp dry mustard
1 tsp ground cloves
1 tsp ground ginger
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
1/2 tsp black pepper
2 1/2 lb pork tenderloin (use 2 1 1/4 lb pieces)

Instructions:  Combine syrup, dry mustard, cloves, ginger, salt, cinnamon and pepper in a large zip lock bag. Trim off visible fat, cut each tenderloin in half widthwise. Add tenderloins to zip lock bag, squeeze out air and seal bag; turn to coat tenderloins. Place on a plate and refrigerate on bottom shelf, turning bag occasionally, at least 2 hours or overnight. Preheat broiler. Place tenderloins in a roasting pan and pour marinade over them. Broil 5 inches from heat until pork reaches an internal temperture of 160* F, about 6 minutes per side. Let stand room temperature 5 minutes before slicing.

Sloppy Goulash

Ingredients:
1 pound stew beef, cut in cubes
2 T hot oil
1 16-oz can tomatoes
3 whole cloves
1 pkg sloppy joe seasoning mix
1/4 c celery chopped
1/4 c green pepper chopped
1 c sliced carrots
Extra wide noodles cooked

Instructions:  Brown beef in hot oil. Pour off excess oil. Add tomatoes, clove and seasoning mix. Cover loosely and simmer one hour. Add vegetables and simmer 1/2 hour or until tender. Serve over cooked noodles.
