Safety is very important at Access Energy Cooperative. Our linemen wear a lot of very important protective safety gear, which contributes significantly to our operating expenses. If you are not wearing this equipment, you should not be any where near power pines. Fire Retardant Shirt: Protection from burns in event of electrical contact. Bright color/highly visible in high traffic areas.

Reflection on shirt: Extra protection for visibility- especially at night.

Work Boots: Composite toe to protect feet from falling debris, extra arch support for climbing.
