On December 2nd, from 5:00 a.m. until about noon, a system maintenance update will be performed on our billing system. All member data will be unavailable, including payments, account information, online outage reporting, and energy usage.

Our office headquarters is open for receiving your payments 7:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday through Thursday; and 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. on Fridays. We are located at 1800 West Washington Street in Mt. Pleasant, Iowa.
If you need to make a payment when the office is closed, we have conveniently placed a secure drop box in front of our building where you can access it 24 hours a day.
The drop box is emptied each business morning. Please be advised that if you put a payment in the box after 7:00 a.m., it will not be processed until the following working day.
