Energy Efficiency Incentives for Homeowners

The following are the rebates currently available for qualifying purchases by members of Access Energy Cooperative. To download a rebate application to submit, click on the appropriate link in the box below.

Rebates for less than $250 will be applied as a bill credit to member's account.

Rebates are only available to service locations that use more than 6000 kilowatt-hours on an annual basis (eligible services include lake homes, shops, barns, etc.).

Heat Pump Rebates

  1. Air source heat pumps 17.2 SEER2 – $250 per ton Download
     
  2. Mini-split air source heat pumps 17.2 SEER2 – $250 per ton Download
     
  3. Ground source heat pumps 19.1 EER (indoor unit & loops) – $750 per ton Download
     
  4. Ground source heat pumps 19.1 EER (replacing indoor unit only) – $400 per ton Download
    -Replacement heat pump must be a gain of 3 EER rating points to qualify.
     
  5. Basement/crawlspace insulation in conjunction with installing a new ground source heat pump – 50% of cost, up to $500 Download

Residential rebate for ground source heat pumps is capped at 10 tons.
