Energy Efficiency Incentives for Homeowners
The following are the rebates currently available for qualifying purchases by members of Access Energy Cooperative. To download a rebate application to submit, click on the appropriate link in the box below.
Rebates $250 and under will be applied as a bill credit to member's account.

Rebates are only available to service locations that use more than 6000 kilowatt-hours on an annual basis (eligible services include lake homes, shops, barns, etc.).
Heat Pump Rebates
- ASHP -ducted- replacement w/existing fossil fuel backup – $300 per ton Download
- ASHP -ducted- new or replacement w/new fossil fuel backup – $500 per ton Download
- Ducted mini-split -replacement w/existing fossil fuel backup – $300 per ton Download
- Ducted mini-split -new or replacement w/new fossil fuel backup – $500 per ton Download
- Mini-split ductless air conditioning– $250 per outdoor unit Download
- Ground source heat pumps (indoor unit & loops) – $750 per ton Download
- Ground source heat pumps (replacing indoor unit only) – $400 per ton Download
-Replacement heat pump must be a gain of 3 EER rating points to qualify.
Residential rebate for ground source heat pumps is capped at 10 tons.
