Youth Tour for High School Sophomores and Juniors

Help Students Win One of Two Free Trips to Washington D.C.

Access Energy Cooperative sends two students to participate in the Youth Tour in June of each year, for an activity-filled week, affording these high school youths opportunities to learn first-hand what it is like to be involved in politics, community development and today’s social issues. Encourage your students to apply.

Scholarships Available for High School Seniors

  1. Six $1500 awards, two in each of the cooperative’s three Districts
  2. Must be a high school senior receiving post-secondary education
  3. Parents or legal guardians must be members of the cooperative
  4. Winners will be chosen in March and announced at their senior awards ceremonies.
